Lithium One Metals has 1oo% of two major lithium projects in the James Bay area of Quebec. The Cyr-Kapiwak Lithium Project with 42 mineral claims on 2,220 hectares with three non-contiguous lithium properties. It includes the Key Lithium Property, the Amisk West Lithium Property, and the Amisk East Lithium Property,
The Sirmac East Project has 12 mineral claims in 5 blocks having a total area of 656 hectares and is also located in James Bay, Quebec. The project is highly prospective for lithium hosted in spodumene-bearing pegmatites, with at least two historic lithium occurrences.
Lithium One Metals holds a 100% interest in the Parkview Project comprised of 450 hectares located on New World Island, Newfoundland. This project is adjacent to Ethos Gold Corp.’s Fairbanks Claims and on strike with Ethos Gold’s Toogood Project. In addition, Lithium One also holds a 100% interest in the Knights-Melange Project comprised of 5,550 hectares in the vicinity of the New Found Gold Corp.’s Queensway Discovery, 15 km West of Gander, Newfoundland.
Lithium One Metals holds 100% interest in the Bellechase-Timmins project, comprising 138 claims, which is located in the Beauce region of Quebec, approximately 80 kilometres southeast of Quebec City. The Bellechasse-Timmins Gold Property contains a historic mineral resource of 171,000 ounces of gold at an average grade of 1.83 g/t gold in the indicated category and an additional 95,000 ounces at an average grade of 1.36 g/t gold in the inferred category as well as the Champagne VMS deposit, the Beland gold occurrence and some other assets. A 43-101 Report pertaining to the Bellechase-Timmins, dated July 3, 2020 authored by Dr. Christian Derosier, P. Geo. is filed on SEDAR.

Lithium One Metals has partnered with GoldSpot Discoveries, with a mission to transform the mineral discovery process and reduce capital risk. This will be done by using machine learning to explore, survey, and maximize the ROI of our potentially mineral-rich land holdings. GoldSpot operates at the forefront of advanced technologies and offers an evolving suite of services. Solutions are focused on turning geological data into Smart Targets and advanced geological modelling that increases the likelihood of mineral discovery. Cutting-edge technologies are applied to collect, clean and interpret data, while advanced machine learning algorithms are used to extract correlations and recognize patterns never seen before.
GoldSpot is set to lend its proprietary AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology to advance the exploration of our Central Newfoundland projects. GoldSpot has been granted an option to acquire a 0.5% NSR on the following licenses in Newfoundland for $2.0 million:
Image Analytics – GoldSpot uses image processing techniques to extract new information from existing visual resources. Machine learning automates expensive and time-consuming manual work and is used to create new datasets that result in more accurate models and smarter targets. This expertise includes the use of:
Geophysics – GoldSpot uses a combination of conventional geophysics to process and re-interpret older data, and Geophysical Inversion to extract and interpolate 3D models from 2D data sets. Proprietary software processing is then used to combine data sets in novel ways, using machine learning to uncover unseen patterns faster and more efficiently.
Resource Estimation & Modelling – Combining skills in structural and geological interpretation of ore deposits with the use of innovative and proprietary machine learning algorithms, GoldSpot constructs and refines dynamic 3D geological models and resource estimates across all commodities and deposit types.
3D Geological Modelling allows advanced machine learning algorithms to extract previously unseen correlations that generate Smart Targets quicker and more efficiently than traditional methods.
